Refund Policy
The short version
If the product you paid for fails to launch, has bugs that prevent normal use, or does not match the description on its spec sheet, you get a full refund. No conditions, no hoops.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, for business outcomes that depend on your own use of the product, or for ad performance on the managed ad tiers.
1. What the refund covers
- Failure to launch the product within a reasonable time frame (currently, in the coming weeks from your purchase date).
- Bugs or broken features that prevent the product doing what its spec sheet says it does.
- Missed weekly deliverables on the done-for-you tiers (Ads Engine, Deploy, Fulfilment Starter, Full House). If your dedicated specialist does not execute the work described, you get the subscription refunded.
- Material deviation between what was sold and what was delivered.
2. What the refund does not cover
- Change of mind. Once you have used a working product, a change of mind is not a refund condition.
- Business outcomes outside our control. We do not guarantee you will close more deals, book more calls, reduce churn, or increase revenue. These depend on your offer and execution.
- Ad performance on Ads Engine. We guarantee the weekly work described on the spec sheet is executed. We do not guarantee your cost-per-acquisition or lead volume, as these depend on your market, budget, and offer.
- Client-level outcomes on Deploy. We guarantee the deployment ships and stays online. We do not guarantee your end client retains, pays on time, or grows.
- Third-party costs you paid separately, such as your own Meta or Google ad spend.
3. How to request a refund
Email admin@voltr-ai.com with:
- Your order email or product name.
- A description of what did not work or what did not match the spec sheet.
- If applicable, a screenshot or short Loom showing the issue.
We reply within one business day and process approved refunds within three business days. Refunds return to the original payment method via Whop or Stripe.
4. Done-for-you tier specifics
The done-for-you tiers carry a three-month minimum contract. The minimum exists because the work genuinely needs three months of continuous execution to produce meaningful signal (ad campaigns optimise on 60 to 90 days of data; client deployments need time to settle).
The minimum does not remove your right to refunds under sections 1 and 2 above. If the service is not delivered as described, you are refunded for the unfulfilled months regardless of the three-month term.
5. Pre-launch specifics
Because Voltr is in pre-launch, your payment is a founder deposit that secures early access and locks in founder pricing. If we do not launch the product at all, every founder who paid for that product is refunded in full automatically. No request required.
